Shipping Regions

We currently ship to (and accept payments from) customers in the United States (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) and Canada only. We hope to make our products available in more places soon!

Service Providers

We currently work with the following carriers:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options displayed at checkout are based on your location. If there are no shipping options displayed at checkout, please let us know at support@customhemp.co so we can investigate the issue.

Paper Goods

Due to the delicate nature of paper, paper products can get damaged during shipping. We do our best to prevent this with extra packaging precautions, and incidents are extremely rare, but some things are simply out of our control (mistreatment by postal workers, accidents in transit, etc.).

If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please take a picture/video and contact us immediately. We’ll do what we can to make it right. 

We want your experience ordering from Custom Hemp to be the best it can be, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s ever an issue with your order. 

Damaged Goods

If you receive an order that’s damaged, please document the damage (with video or photo evidence) IMMEDIATELY and contact support@customhemp.co. We will investigate to determine if the damage was caused in production, shipping, or after delivery.

Orders damaged in production or shipping will be reprinted with rush processing and rush shipping at no expense to the client. Alternatively, the client may choose to accept store credit equal to the value of the damaged order.

Orders damaged after the order has been delivered will be considered the client’s responsibility and we cannot refund such orders.

Rolled Paper Goods (Posters, Gift Wrap Rolls, etc.)

Rolled paper goods such as posters, gift wrap rolls, and other irregularly shaped items may be shipped in boxes separate from the rest of your order. Single rolled posters or gift wrap rolls are sent individually in rigid kraft tubes, and multiples are grouped into rectangular or triangular boxes.

Poster multiples and miscellaneous sheets up to 50pcs may be grouped into a single roll and shipped in a rigid kraft tube. 

With every order, we take extra steps to prevent damage to your paper and print materials, We will never select a packing or shipping method that we believe will cause your order to be damaged.

Apparel & Lifestyle Products

Please note: Some products are fulfilled by third-party print partners and may be shipped in packages separate from the rest of your order.
