Custom Order Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for a full refund on stocked and pre-printed retail items such as t-shirts, posters, and other non-custom items purchased through our online store.
We do not accept returns on custom orders, and we do not provide cash refunds.
Eligible custom orders processed with errors caused by Custom Hemp will be refunded with store credit.
Custom orders processed with errors caused by improper design layout, low file resolution, typography errors, etc., will not be refunded but may be eligible for a discounted reprint (see below).
Some orders may be ineligible for refunds or reprints.
Please contact support@customhemp.co for help with a return or for more information about our return and refund policy.
Please be sure to triple-check your files and proofs for any errors before you approve your job for processing!
Damaged Goods
If you receive an order that’s damaged, please document the damage (with video or photo evidence) immediately and contact support@customhemp.co. We will investigate to determine if the damage was caused in production, shipping, or after delivery.
Orders damaged in production or shipping may be eligible for a reprint or a refund. Alternatively, the client may choose to accept store credit equal to the value of the damaged order.
Orders damaged after the order has been delivered will be considered the client’s responsibility and we cannot refund such orders.
Misprints and Reprints
In the event that you’d like to make a change to an order (or to an item in your order) after we’ve begun processing the order, or if errors are discovered after a project has been processed but before it’s been shipped, we may be able to reprint the order or specific item for an additional reprinting fee (usually 50-75% of the original order or item total). The reprinting fee is due in full before the reprint order is processed.
Not all orders are eligible for reprints. Reprints may be accepted or denied at our sole discretion.
Retail Order Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer full refunds on non-custom items.
Non-custom retail products purchased from our online shop, such as t-shirts, posters, and other pre-designed items, may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date of the product. Products eligible for return may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- The product has no custom printing, branding, or personalization
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Items returned to us without prior written approval will not be accepted. Please do not send any items for a return, refund, or exchange without contacting us first.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return or exchange of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during return shipping to Custom Hemp. Please consider purchasing shipping insurance to cover the full value of your order for additional protection.
Damaged items
If an order arrives damaged, please document the damage (take pictures/videos) and notify us immediately for assistance.
Damaged Paper Goods
Due to the delicate nature of our paper products, customers must be able to demonstrate that products arrived damaged and were not damaged upon unpacking or after being used.
Paper products that are damaged in shipping may be returned for store credit, replaced, or exchanged. Please follow the instructions for Damaged Items (above) and contact us immediately if you receive an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping.
Sale items
Sale items can be returned unless, at the time of your purchase, the product description displayed a “Final Sale” notice for the product or otherwise indicated that returns would not be accepted.
Digital products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
